Ravenna's Gotcha Day, 2 years

Xu Mei Mei, 10 1/2 months old, and 14 pounds. December 11, 2006. An unforgettable and glorious moment.

Introducing Ravenna Kelly Mei Byrd.

How our lives have changed with the addition of this sweet, little dolly. We have had Ravenna for 2 years now and wonder where the time has gone. I think most parents feel the same way as we do & can't imagine life without our children. We will be eternally grateful to her birth mother & birth father for making such a life changing decision. We feel so lucky to have her as our daughter & hope that we can reward her in being the best parents we can be. So give your sweet little ones a kiss and tell them you love them. Here's to Ravenna Kelly Mei Byrd on her "Gotcha Day" December 11, 2008

Gotcha Day 2007, one year with Ravenna.

Gotcha Day 2008, two years with Ravenna.

Story time at the library today.

We all went swimming at "The Wave".

Then on to dinner & ice cream.

Hi and happy two years as a family! Your daughter and son are beautiful. My name is Julie and I was in your larger travel group
(1078/1079) for your first trip for Ravenna.

We have long had a Yahoo! Group for 1078/1079 with 13 out of the 15 families participating. We would love it if you could join. The link is http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CCAITravelGroup1079/

Take care and congratulations again on 2 years.

What a sweet post! I cannot believe it has already been two years! I remember Ravenna's first Christmas with us like it was just yesterday! Ravenna is just as blessed to have you and Steph as parents as you are to have her as a daughter. Can't wait to celebrate with you all soon! Love you!
